• The Balsam Beach Inn, a century-old Victorian cottage located in Toronto's Eastern Beaches, rests in a quiet neighbourhood right down by the boardwalk, park, bike and blading path and a safe sandy beach. Please check our Photo Gallery!
• The Lower Suite has a queen size bedroom, adjoining small double, living room, private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen along with a solarboretum with piano opening to a deck with gas BBQ.
• Guests have exclusive and private use of all the first and/or second floor private apartments - each with a separate entrance.
• Plenty of free parking is available along with bicycles, a basketball hoop and canoe. Also included: cable television, wireless and ethernet internet, DVD/VHS players and a sound system throughout the house in the lower.
• We are fifteen minutes from downtown by car, 30 by TTC and one block from Queen Street shops, restaurants, food markets, pubs, and a small-town movie theatre. Tennis courts, a swimming pool and picnic areas are all within walking distance.
