Policies

Check In/Check Out : Check in 2:00 pm, check out 11:00 am. Prior arrangements for late arrival must be made. Our rooms are not equipprd to accommadate more than two people with the exception of the Cottage Room which can accommadate four.
Cancellation : 72 hour cancellation policy otherwise a charge equal to your deposit will apply. One night reqires a $25 deposit. More than one night requires a full room charge.
Seasonal Information : Open all year

Directions

Follow Highway 21 to Southampton. At the lights turn east (away from lake). Go one block and turn left. We are at the end of the block on the left - across from museum and public school.
