• $140 double occupancy, $135 single. No tax.We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking in order to hold the reservation.
• Bayside B&B is on the shore of beautiful Prince Edward Bay with wonderful southern exposure and a great view. Laze on the upper patio or in a chaise at the lake side patio or on our new dock and watch the boats sail by.
• We are located in the scenic Waupoos region of Prince Edward County, the heart of the burgeoning wine industry.
• Guests have a private entrance with walk-out to furnished patio, and a common room with TV,DVD and fridge.One of the few B&Bs with excellent lake swimming in clear, shallow water with a sand bottom. We provide a canoe, kayaks and bicycles for guest use.
• Close to fine dining. The Waupoos winery restaurant is a 5 minute walk, the local pub a 3 minute drive and Picton a few minutes beyond that.
• Our country roadways are great for cycling and walking and you are never far from the many antique shops, artist studios and roadside produce stands.
• We also operate Prince Edward Sailing Charters now in it's 11th season. If you should be looking for a unique and exciting recreational pursuit enquire about our day sailing cruises operating from the nearby marina 3 minutes away.

Check In/Check Out : Check in after 3pm(enquire about early exceptions). Check out by 11am
Cancellation : 100% refund with 2 week notice, 50% with 1 week notice, no refund with less than 48hrs notice. If we can rebook the room we will refund 100%.
Seasonal Information : Open year round. Minimum 2 night weekend stay from June to end of Sept. and special events and 3 nights on holiday weekends. Off season 15% discount from mid Oct. to mid May
