- Garden Suite (sleeps up to 7) - completely private, 2 covered decks, gas barbeque, full kitchen c/w dishwasher,dining, gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms, sauna & bathroom. Housekeeping unit, no breakfast included.
- Rooms Upstairs - 2 queen rooms, private or shared bath, living room, dining & covered deck. Breakfast included.
- Wireless HS internet throughout property, satellite TV, DVD/VCR, phone.
- For guides & anglers we provide freezer space, crab cooker, smoker and cleaning facilities.

Check In/Check Out : Check In time is after 3:00 pm - Check Out is by 11:00 am unless other arrangements are made.
Cancellation : Garden Suite 50 % deposit, no refunds after 30 days prior unless we can rebook or there are extenuating circumstances. Upstairs deposit required 25%. Exceptions may apply to rates during peak periods and are subject to change without notice.
