• Room rates vary from $65/night single occupancy; $80/night double occupancy; $110/night for cottage where kids stay free, each additional adult $40. Weekly and monthly rates available.

• Many of our guests have commented that staying here is just like staying with family, only better! We consider this a compliment!
• We have a large west facing backyard, perfect for enjoying prairie sunsets on the deck. Perhaps an evening snack or wine and cheese to end a perfect day of visiting in the Cypress Hills.

Check In/Check Out : Check in after 3 pm, check out by 11 am. No guests accepted after 10 p.m. Will make other arrangements if necessary.
Cancellation : Cancellations must be within 48 hours of anticipated arrival, otherwise a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied
Seasonal Information : We are open year round; however usually take monthly boarders from Sept-June.
