• B&B rates for 1 night (double occupancy): $155/$140 for suites, $115/$100 for rooms with a private bathroom. DISCOUNTS for 2 or more nights & for groups. RETREAT rates at www.countrysideretreat.ca. JULY /AUGUST ARE FULLY BOOKED.
• A B&B/Retreat for guests who want something special- personal use of a luxury home with their own private entrance. Owners live in a seperate apartment and are always available for assistance and information.
• B&B guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, living room with 51 inch TV & home theatre system, family room with wood fireplace & TV, dining room, 2 master bedrooms with ensuites or 3 guest bedrms (private washroom if available), laundry rm & exercise rm.
• A sun room with a heated indoor pool, sauna & steam room is available to B&B guests as an upgrade (subject to seasonal availability). Retreat guests have year round access and total privacy. Only 1 set of retreat guests at a time.
• All guests have access to a computer system with high speed internet, cable TV, house telephone and outdoor patio & propane BBQ (in season).
• 10 minutes to Scotiabank Place/Corel Center & Bell Sensplex arenas, golf courses such as Eagle Creek, The Marshes & Loch March. 25 minutes to downtown Ottawa; 35 minutes to Ottawa International Airport.
• Ideal location for groups attending Ottawa Senators hockey games and Scotiabank Place concerts and shows and for participants in Bell Sensplex tournaments, Capital Classic horse show, etc.

Check In/Check Out : 4:00 P.M check in; 11 AM check out. Inquire about early/late check in & out.
Cancellation : 50% deposit on retreat bookings. Cancellations 30 or more days from booking receive a full refund (less 20% administrative fee). Cancellations under 30 days receive the above refund only if the time period can be rebooked.
Seasonal Information : Seasonal attractions include NHL hockey, Winterlude, skating & skiing, Tulip Festival, Capital Classic horse show and drives to see the fall foliage. BOOKED FOR ALL OF JULY.
